We now have online access to the Session Cases Archive through Justis! With coverage from 1821 to 1872, this series of Session Cases supplements more recent years that we have access to through Westlaw and LexisLibrary.
To find the archive, go to Primo, search for ‘Session Cases’ then go to record: ‘Cases decided in the Court of Session 1822-1847′.
